| My Journey |

"Ten years ago I chose to become a Naturopathic Doctor. I had long been searching for answers to my own health concerns. I had a curiosity for the why and the how, and I was determined to find answers and solutions. What I love most about Naturopathic Medicine is that we aim to understand the whole person - the mental-emotional, the physical, the environmental, the spiritual - to determine what that person needs to live a healthier life. This is wholistic medicine at its core."
