“As a Naturopathic Doctor I help my patients navigate complex waters, so that they can make lasting positive changes to their health. My special focus on women’s health comes from watching my incredible patients transform their health, learning and growing with them, over the last decade of my practice.”

CLINICAL EXPERIENCE

Dr. Graham ND first established a family practice in the beautiful Jasper National Park, Alberta, offering men’s and women’s as well as paediatric care to this tight-knit community. She was an active participant in the community writing for the biweekly health and wellness column for the local newspaper, volunteering for community dinners with Jasper’s Rotary Club, and donating her services to auction. She led a collaborative healthy living program with local businesses and was given the honour of presenting a 6-part lecture series at a wellness retreat in Tulum, Mexico.

Having grown up in Ontario, Dr. Graham felt her heart calling her back home closer to family. She now proudly provides Women’s Natural Health to the community of Fonthill, Pelham and is also excited to be able to offer high quality virtual health care to all residents of Ontario.

Background

Since I was a child I have always been fascinated by how the body works. I would spend countless hours reading old texts from both my grandpa and my dad’s book shelf about medicine, science, and traditional remedies. At the age of 9, after moving across town, I became inspired by my new Family Doctor who took that extra bit of time to teach me about my body, nutrition, and preventative medicine. I knew that I wanted to do the same for others.

As I was studying biomedical sciences at the University of Waterloo, I began to experience my own battle with hormonal imbalances and digestive issues. I searched for solutions everywhere I could and eventually I was led to my first Naturopathic Doctor. Through her care I started my journey; I discovered the real impact that good, wholesome food has, the interconnectedness of each organ system, and the power in treating the whole person. This holistic approach blended with my scientific background is what shapes me as a clinician today.
